Returns
At The No1 Lingerie & Fancy Dress Costume Shop, we want to help you resolve any purchasing problems as quickly and easily as possible.
Provided you meet the terms and conditions listed below,when you may make an exchange or return. Please note that not all items are covered by our returns policy. We suggest you read the complete returns policy before you make your purchase.
General Policies
· Shipping charges are non-refundable.
· All exchanges and returns require a Returns Authorisation Email (RAE) Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one.
· An RAE must be requested within 7 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
· All returns to be sent via recorded delivery within 5 working days of Karibu agreeing the return via (RAE). Karibu will not issue a credit if no goods are received and no proof can be provided, (this also covers you the buyer for loss or damage to the parcel / package.
· All products are sold with their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary with the manufacturer and product.
· As part of our Buy with Confidence Guarantee, we do not charge any restocking fees for faulty items. If a garment has a manufacturing fault or was not the item ordered a full refund may be made including postage only if a replacement is not available.
· Restocking charges of 20% is applied to returns relating to sizing issues. Size charts are provided to ensure you receive the correct size, if you are unsure please contact us prior to making a purchase.
· We will not refund for items where tags have been removed all items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, original tags (attached), and user manuals where applicable.
· For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returned panties/g-strings, which do not form part of a set. Hosiery will be accepted if it has not been removed from the packaging.

Crediting Your Account
A Credit will be issued within two business days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued via the payment method of your original invoice. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. When returning an item paid for by cheque or money order, a refund cheque will be mailed to you within 10 business days from the time we receive your return.
Product Replacement
When exchanging an item, you will be sent a replacement item once Karibuonlinesales.com receives, approves and processes the returned item.
